Working and consulting on overall creative and strategy, service, brand, digital and physical concepts and designs for a customer facing retail brand product, working with multiple stakeholders.
The brief included service design, function and delivery of the product improving efficiencies. This included developing ideas and concepts to integrate interactive digital apps and social media to further enhance customer engagement and create a community centred around the shop and brand. This embraced development of additionall retail touch-points including kiosks.
The project ran alongside a live current role out, where creative thinking and course corrections were implemented quickly live.
