Vyaz Calligraphy is a type of Cyrillic ornate lettering. Vyaz means “joined” or “tied,” and that is because letters are pushed closely together or joined to another on the same upright stem instead of being entirely separate. Vyaz is a part of Russian Orthodox Church tradition. It's usually used as ornament in the holy manuscript or iconography.
These are the processes of making vyaz wih the caption "мусафир муда" (musafir muda) and "ОУДЕІС ѲЕОС ЕІ МИ ЕІС" as a transliteration of Greek "ΟΥΔΕΙΣ ΘΕΟΣ ΕΙ ΜΗ ΕΙΣ" (oudeis Theos ei me heis) from 1 Corinthians 8 : 4.
