This project located in Phuoc Kien ward, Nha Be district, Ho Chi Minh city, Viet Nam. The site belong to the Phuoc Kien Residential Area project. The owner of this Marina project is Tran Thai Corporation.
The President of Tran Thai Corp said that he wanted to build a new Marina for his new yacht and motorboats so he ask me to make a planning design for this project.
