This is a fantasy wedding invitation to the Palace of Versailles for my dream wedding. This was my final for drawing, freshman year second semester and it was a large undertaking for two weeks. 

The card in itself was very elaborate and required a lot of physical maintenance.

24 inch in height, made out of layers of plywood. The golden details have been lazer-cut and spray painted. The flowers are real dried flowers

The design of the centre board is based on the architectural plans of the gardens of Palace of Versailles. Furthermore, the designs themselves have been inspired from textiles and patterns found in those particular buildings and gardens. 

These are a selection of the several invitations that were included in the physical card. Indian weddings have several functions, and each event has it's own card. 

Rajakumari means Princess in Hindi!
