We've seen that currently, people have lost the interest to talk to others face to face. Instead, they rely on virtual devices to communicate making harder for families to spend quality time with each other. We made Soft wood inspired by the design current called: transitional objects. They respond to the fact that in a period of global, intangible and uncertainty, people need to feel reassured. Therefore, we designed our furniture collection contrasting softness and roughness by using soft/sharp edges, softness of the textile and wood as well as a soft blue contrasting the rawness of the wood.
