Flutter is an outdoor art installation made from recycled plastic bottles, cut in a way to mimic the fluttering flora when the wind blows. The gradient background is inspired by the colours of Bounginvillea, a flower commonly seen along the road sides of Singapore. In collaboration with Koh Brothers Group, the aim of the art installation is to enhance the hoarding environment by creating a more gracious environment.
