Assisted in the design of this 630,000 SF water's edge master plan located near the newly completed convention center and iconic Capitol Gate building in Abu Dhabi. The plan consists of two phases which includes hotels, residential buildings, conference center, boutique mall, retail, restaurants, yacht clubs, boathouses and parks. Responsibilities included development of the site plan, design of architectural details for multiple structures within the complex, design of the canopy structure, and detailing a large portion of the retail frontage for high-end boutique stores. Responsibilities also included developing a complex 3D model, creating realistic concept renderings, and assembling presentation graphics into a comprehensive marketing package.
