Assisted in the conceptual and schematic design of a 5 story mixed use building along Orange Avenue in Orlando, Fl. This building would contain ground level retail spaces along the main road with residences above. The project also included an automated parking garage structure for the residents. Responsibilities included design of an architectural metal cladding and detailing the retail frontage. Other responsibilities included developing a complex 3D model, realistic renderings, and presentation graphics.
