School trip to Cambridge
This project I collaborated with 3 other students.

Walking in Cambridge, one can spot a variety of interesting typography, for example in the street signs, façade lettering and monument lettering.
Famous type designers such as Eric Gill and David Kindersley clearly left their marks on the city.
In Cambridge we went on a ‘typo safari’ composed by Will Hill, designer, typographer, Deputy Head of Cambridge School of Art and Course Leader of the MA Graphic Design & Typography at Anglia Ruskin University.
Our mission: visualize the love for typography that Cambridge holds and show how typography can enhance a city. Finally, create a design for a mini museum or typographic monument somewhere in Cambridge.

We decided we wanted to update the typographic tour a little bit by making it online.
The idea was that tourists ( or typo lovers in general ) could use Google maps to follow the typographic route through Cambridge.

This project was made in two days, the first was walking the tour, taking (a lot!) of photo's and coming up with an idea. The second day was creating the presentation, which we also did that day in front of our teachers and Will Hill at Anglia Ruskin University.
