Aalst Chocolate - IGNITE (packaging design)

Aalst Chocolate Packaging Design

Aalst Chocolate is producing a Singapore series of above average chocolates. The assignment is to come up with a packaging design for it. We had to research and come up with a white space where the chocolates in (e.g. Takashimaya) did not fall on. The whitespace that I arrived at is the combination of “Modern & Expressive”.

Ignite means to set on fire; kindle. Using the word as a metaphor, the  product name is formed. The concept is conveying that Aalst chocolate can help light up your heart and lift up your spirits. To spark passion and youthfulness in individuals. To keep you going, do things you love and allow yourself to indulge.
