Charity Ball Mural

Charity:Ball mural
I digitally drew a 6' x 4' mural for Cal Poly's second Charity:Ball, a night that raised awareness of  (and funds for) Charity:Water. Started in 2006 by Scott Harrison Charity: Water is a non-profit organization bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations.

About the Piece
The goal of this piece was to exhibit different uses of water to remind viewers how imperative it is for life, which is in line with the mission of Cal Poly's Charity:Ball. In the piece, I hand-lettered a quote by Isabel Allende, inserted many uses and of water, and scattered 26 jerry cans (water transport containers) accross the whole piece.

Process & Tools
The mural was designed completely in Adobe Illustrator using my Wacom Tablet.
Frame was made of four thin strips of wood that were drilled together for hanging stability.
