How might we make the information about mental health services, providers, and facilities in Indianapolis more clear and complete for potential mental health patients and their caregivers?

Through research and interdisciplinary collaboration, we found:

It quickly became clear that something needed to be done to clarify the information available about mental health assistance in Indianapolis. Frequently, patients who finally take that all important first step experience frustration sifting through conflicting information. This may leave them feeling hopeless and discouraged. The goal of our student design team, Coalesce, was to make the first step towards health as easy as possible.

To help address this problem, we created a kit complete with fully realized designs to be handed off to an organization for implementation.
