The Market Cafe
The Market is a cafe restaurant in Worcester, UK, serving a wide variety of delicious fresh food to eat in or take away. BEARD were approached in 2015 to help establish a strong look and feel for this new business venture, with the aim of creating look that made the business quickly feel authentic and appealing.
We wanted to create a striking look but with a traditional feel, so tried to blend bold colours with woodcut lettering and imagery. This look was then applied across the menus, food packaging and interior signage - including an 8ft pig design applied to the main wall inside!
BEARD also designed the exterior signage, fascia and window graphics to follow this look through and ensure the business made a visual impact and attracted people to eat.
