type promotion // book, poster, postcards
The study of a typeface on three different levels—book, poster (as displayed here), and postcards. Due to my interest in magazines and publishing, I selected the typeface Miller. To showcase its versatility and beauty, I decided to use it in an unconventional manner, in this case, infographics. 
 
I believe that design is a response of culture, and encompasses more than just art; it involves levels of psychology, sociology, and anthropology, among other things. For the topic of this project, I decided to focus on sociology and selected a limited number of sociological phenomenon as the book content. (Thus, the title, sociographics was born.)
 
In the end, this is a type promotion—something that is made for designers. The book is to be kept on a shelf for reference, the poster is to be hung, while the postcards are meant to be sent to spread the gospel of Miller.
