QuantumDigital features Automail that was relaunched with brand new designs I was tasked to create to offer our customers. It's a 12-month direct mail campaign that real estate agents can easily set up to send out automatically each month.
Home Selling Tips is one of these Automail series I designed. My team and I worked together to gather all the information for me to include in each postcard. During the sketching process, I came up with the idea of creating a top banner and a small corner hinting to flip the card for more information.
Home Selling Tips is one of these Automail series I designed. My team and I worked together to gather all the information for me to include in each postcard. During the sketching process, I came up with the idea of creating a top banner and a small corner hinting to flip the card for more information.
Shown above is a close-up of the bathroom tip banner and the flip symbol I designed from scratch. I picked out the teal color to make it seem to pop out, and at the same time, give a feel of a bathroom color. Below shows the address side; note the variable data: [JOHN]. This will automatically change out the name of the recipient the postcard will mail out to based on the mailing list provided by the customer.
Shown below are my top favorite postcards. I carefully selected eye-catching photos that supports the information for each postcard. For example, the photo of an attractive blue house with beautiful landscaping strongly supports the curb appeal tip presented in the postcard.
