Is he behind bars, or is it just an illusion?

The Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir, charged with war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide in Darfur, should have been brought to the International Criminal Court already. Yet, he continues to govern, and the international community is turning a blind eye.

This film brings the paradox of this unacceptable situation to life, pointing the finger at the impotence of the international justice system.
