My UX Design journey begins in March 2015 with General Assembly.
In a 12-week intensive course, I learned to build wireframes, implement best practices
for common design patterns and analyze business goals from a user perspective.

During one of those twelve weekends, I participated in the 54-hour Startup Weekend hackathon.
With a strong understanding of UX methodologies, our team delivered a user-centric solution
that won as Grand Winner of Startup Weekend #8 HK 2015.

In 2016, my passion for UX took me to two incredible opportunities.
1.) Taking the lead on all UX projects and e-Com tasks as Associate Creative Director at Leo Burnett Arc HK,
2.) Invited back to General Assembly as Teaching Assistant for the same UX Design course I did a year ago.

And in 2017, I joined IBM iX as UX Design & Creative Lead.
By April, I was appointed as one of the twenty-four Global iX Ambassadors.
And after having led numerous design thinking workshops for both clients and internal teams,
I was certified as an IBM Design Thinking Coach in July.

As my UX Design journey continues, hope we'd get to collaborate on future projects.
