KANTOS | wine culture
Our Design Studio has inspired & designed the new corporate identity of Kantos, a company located in Zurich - Switzerland. Kantos is one of the most recognised and established Greek-wine importers in Switzerland with a commercial history starting at the late end of the 19th century. By using direct references to easily recognisable design elements and with a concept’s origin coming directly from the Greek countryside, we visualised and designed simple symbols with a minimalistic approach. They are representing the Greek sun, the vineyards and the sea. These symbols have created a solid but also easily recognisable icon that is a direct optical reference of a wine’s bottle. As for the logo’s typography we chose to select a san-serif geometric font to compliment and balance with the icon in a harmonic way.
