Cellvere is a digital concept that was created during one week event at KEA which collaborated with Microsoft, where the main topic was internet of things, and how can we implement it in our solution.  The idea behind this project is aimed for the housing renting system, the connection between the landlord and the one who is renting. The pain that we discovered is that the deposit money are lost in many cases, where the tenant doesn’t have any backup material to prove his right. The solution would scan the entire surrounding of the place to be rented, and store in an database, where multiple functions can be implied, such as reminders to fix minor mistakes or, request a repair man for the following problem that is capture with the application.
