Process pictures of how I built an electric ukulele.  This ukulele has a built in led screen tuner and contains a pic-up to allow it to plug into an amplifier.  The overall shape was inspired by the "Explorer" electric guitar.  This ukulele was designed to be an 8-sting tenor ukulele.  It is stilled tuned to G C E A like every other ukulele, however the second string in each pairing is tuned one step down for a very unique sound. 

The process pictures below show the steps taken to build the ukulele on the top left.  The "Flying V" ukulele and the Cigar Box ukulele (Middle and Right) are previous ukuleles I have built as well.
