Ad-tech enterprise platform experience design
I worked on several design initiatives as a Principal User Experience Designer at PubMatic—a leading advertising automation software company for publishers (B2B)—with the ultimate goal of delivering frictionless digital customer interactions.
My primary objective was to present a clean and simple user interface and design for effortless interaction. I focused on visual quality, robust features and business-class functionality.
My work involved the redesign of the entire platform’s look and feel and usability improvements, while dealing with very complex data sets and “must-have” functionalities. I made UX improvements on several of their existing applications, helped develop and refine UI pattern libraries and interaction guidelines, implemented a brand new UI Styleguide and created common component libraries.
I performed extensive user research, wireframing, interaction design, prototyping, user-testing, and visual design.
The result was improved user experience on the platform and very positive feedback from customers that lifted the overall net promoter score for the company.
