This first video in a partnership between Visa and MuleSoft had to explain APIs using a simple, intuitive metaphor; mission accomplished. What I brought above and beyond that was the humor: turns of phrase, visual gags, and storytelling to keep the viewer entertained and engaged. My estimable art director/animator, Chris Payne, added yet another layer of creative flair on top of that. If Visa and MuleSoft collaborate as well as Chris and I did on this project, they're in for a treat.
