Rosa Hutor sales office is located on a busy Sochi Promenade in the midst of cafes and restaurants. Such locations presents an excellent opportunity to attract visitors, but at the same time a challenge to encourage them to stay inside. To achieve this goal, the concept of museum combined with the sales desk has been introduced. The museum focuses on the rich history of the Rosa Hutor resort, the Olympic games it hosted and a variety of seasonal activities available locally. The visitors can follow the stylized map on the floor to explore the history wall, souvenirs display, conference room and finally arriving to the sales desk.

Офис продаж Роза Хутор находится на оживленной набережной Сочи среди других магазинов и ресторанов. Поэтому важным было не только привлечь посетителей, но и задержать их внутри. Так появилась концепция офиса-музея, в котором рассказывается об истории курорта, прошедшей Олимпиаде и сезонных активностях. Пол выполнен в виде стилизованной карты, следуя которой посетитель проходит мимо стены, стойки с сувенирами, уголку переговоров и, наконец, приходит к стойке продаж.
