Use the International Style to create a modern Publication.

 

My group was given the International Style for our era of design. We decided to create a magazine for the deaf that interprets music visually. International Style was meant to be universal and get the message to be understood no matter how different your background is. We chose four genres and showed how each genre of music has a similar core concept as the International Style. In each genre we compared specific International Styled designers to a specific music artist from each genre. We also chose a song from each musical artist and interpreted it visually using key elements of International Style design.
