I created the typeface Femerald because a lot of weave packaging typefaces look kiddy like and I take weave serious, I love weave. It is very versatile, so why not have an elegant more professional look. The hair brand that my typeface was specifically created for was Femi, because this is one of the name brands of hair that I use the most and I wanted to better the product. The name Femerald came to me because emeralds are elegant jewels and Femi is the name brand my typeface is for. My Typeface goes great with the Femi logo, it is a sans serif typeface with a serif feel.
