The I CAN Campaign is an initiative geared toward the South Carolina Profile of the Ready Kindergartner. This profile says that children that are ready for school must have a support base of family, caregivers, community and schools.
My role in the campaign was to design billboards around the I CAN and First Steps logo that expressed the various developmental skills and objectives for children that are preparing to enter Kindergarten.

During the first 2 months of the campaign, the billboards featured young children and the corresponding objectives. The objectives included:

 - Approaches to Learning & Inquiry (I CAN Listen & I CAN Figure Things Out)
 - Emotional & Social Development (I CAN Help My Friend)
 - Physical Development, Self-Help & Motor Skills (I CAN Explore & I CAN Imagine)
 - Language & Literacy Development (I CAN Predict What Happens Next; not pictured)
 - Mathematical Thinking (I CAN Count to 20; not pictured)

These billboards, both vinyl and electronic, were placed in approximately 10 different locations (listed below) around South Carolina for those travelling into the capital.

Billboard Locations
 - Columbia I-26 at Malfunction Junction
 - Columbia I-20 at Two Notch
 - Columbia at Garners Ferry
 - Lexington I-20
 - Calhoun County I-26
 - I-85 near Gaffney
 - Darlington
 - Clinton on I-26
 - Walterboro on I-95
