NBC Sports wanted to have a big presence at SXSW. So we acquired a large section of the lawn at the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin for an experiential event. Attendees were invited to take a break while resting in comfortable lawn chairs and playing various branded lawn games like mini-golf and corn-hole. Guests could also meet and listen to talks given by famous athletes, Olympians, and other sports personalities (see below). My favorite piece of this project was a fun type treatment of the event name that was used on web, social and on-site event signage.
