Autism and Cyber-bullying

This project was based on creating characters  who were either differently abled or bullied, and  placing them in different contexts to express their emotions.

I worked on developing two characters, firstly- a child diagonsed with autism and secondly- a victim of cyber bullying and body shaming. The expression of the characters in these frames are exaggerated to show the problems they face under these circumstances.
CHARACTER 1
Don’t tell me something is “a piece of cake” when there’s no dessert in sight and what you mean is, “This will be easy for you to do.”
When you say, “It’s pouring cats and dogs,” I see pets coming out of a pitcher. Tell me, “It’s raining hard.”

CHARACTER 2
Frames of her body were tagged , “scandalous”.
Victimized, for being herself, she was shamed by the society.
