"Punny Food" is an on-going personal art project of typographic food puns inspired by the food type I created for This Is Not A Cookbook. Each piece is created from the relevant food material using everyday household objects.

 

This project has been a great exercise in practicing freehand type creation, as well as a good excuse to play with my food (one of those childhood habits that I never quite grew out of).
