Italian deli, located in Viva Las Palmas mall, Envigado Colombia. 

La Salumeria is a space to live an authentic experience that brings the best of the Italian "tavola fredda" and "aperitivi", with a wide range of cold cuts, aged cheeses, breads, bartending, etc. The design intention was to highlight all the rich cultural heritage that comes in hand with this gastronomy, transporting the consumer to the origins of the food he is offered. It has a natural and unpretentious atmosphere, where construction materials are shown just as they are, with all their imperfections and beauty. The architecture manages to bring the consumer, through a completely open kitchen, closer to the preparation of food, the slicing process, preparation of dishes and panini; just as it happens in any neighborhood delicatessens in Italy. Design included consumption areas, a kitchen, bar, wine area and exclusive areas for personnel.
