Brand that sells bowls based on artisanal fishing and fresh local ingredients, following the Hawaiian tradition of Poké. Design of an 18m2 point of sale within the Mercados del Río complex, a multi-brand market where the aim is to bring the consumer closer to the preparation of food and to give a gastronomic experience combining flavors and aromas from different parts of the world. With Bowls and Company, the design intention was to combine the image requirements of the Market (industrial and somewhat vintage) on the outside, with modern elements and a completely aseptic and very well lit space inside, which transmits confidence on the manipulation of food, especially fish which is served raw. Ingredients and their preparation are visible and close to clients, but the hygiene of these processes is protected by glass.
