Schiphol Group is an airport company with an important socio-economic task. The airports of the group, and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol in particular, create value for society and for the economy. Based on the mission of the Group of Connecting the Netherlands Schiphol facilitates optimal links with the rest of the world, contributing to prosperity and well-being both in the Netherlands and beyond.
 
Question
How can we use our story of value creation as the starting point of our annual report, in a way that each visitor can easily find the facts of their interest.
 
Solution
A dynamic infographic on the homepage navigates you to several key performance indicators, the most important results of last year and the facts you should know about Schiphol Group.
 
My goals
Creating a dynamic portal which challenges visitors and delivers a simple but unique reading experience. When the reader wants more they can enter the complete report.
Like previous years the annual report was built with Tangelo. This year I redesigned the templates for web and for PDF to make the report easier to read: more visuals and consistency with functional typography.
