Nike Innovation came to me with a stack of papers which encompass the onboarding process and asked if I could help them bring some clarity to a foggy process. The team was armed with a ton of internal research regarding what constitutes a successful hiring process and I needed to visualize those steps. Together we created an engaging piece that worked both online and in print form with compelling visuals and succinct information.
