Visualize the word "silence"
Silence is sometimes hard to find in the modern day, constantly being able to be reached through our phones, computers, and so on. The objects floating about the bottom figure denote the everyday "noise" weighing down on him, but he refuses to acknowledge them. As a secondary visual remark by way of having lived in the country-side of Ohio, I felt that adding falling snow blocks a lot of the sound waves that readily permeate an otherwise peaceful setting. The snow is meant to back up the already mute figure's desire to be silent.
