The most exciting thing in the world is traveling, having different experiences and gaining knowledge. This project is the result of travel experiences.
It represents food and drinks of countries that I have visited and dishes I have tasted. I created them because they are my own storytelling.
In addition, they motivate me to travel more, to find new stories, flavors and experiences to share.
APERITIVE - This word means “to open” - An appetite stimulant-.
I named this project “Aperitive,” as this is just the beginning and introduction for a great passion
and inspiration that I have been developing.
I realized that “eating” is not only a natural process that your body needs to live, but “eating” means feeding my body and soul with moments, experiences, dishes and flavors; with the best company: family, friends and even with yourself.
