TRUE NIGHTMARES / ID PITCH

I was commissioned by @Loica (www.loica.tv) to work on the graphic proposal, styleframes and title cards for the upcoming series from Investigation Discovery "TRUE NIGHTMARES" starring Todd Robbins.

Investigation Discovery's (ID) upcoming series TRUE NIGHTMARES brings to life the true stories that spawned these hair-raising tales, proving once again that truth will always be scarier than fiction.

The idea for the concept boards was to give them more of a dark mysterious look and feel, using overlay photography and double exposure to achieve interesting results that could work really well in the animation process. Sadly this concepts never made it to the final stage of production.

The idea was to keep it simple, short but dynamic, keeping the mysterious and dark look and feel and using the figure of Tim Robbins (narrator) as a central element for unveiling the shows titles.
