HBO / SR.AVILA SEASON II / ID

I was commisioned by @Feels.tv (Santiago, Chile) to develop the new ID, Styleframes & Motion boards for HBO’s Sr. Avila S2.

Roberto Ávila is a middle-class funeral parlor employee, doting husband and father. He is also a cunning hit man. When he decides to head an organization of contract killers, the thin veil between his ordinary and hidden lives wears quickly. In this seedy underworld of hired crime, every entanglement falls into the hands of Sr. Avila—who must decide who stays and who goes.

The idea was to introduce rain, condensation, bokeh lights and raindrops as the main elements for the title sequence. The credits flow through the whole action scene of the titles. The rain interacts with the characters, ambience, credits and backgrounds.
