Renovating an existing property and building 4 new developments around it, Model ideas was brought on-board to create high quality visuals for all the marketing material.
Once the floor plans and elevations drawings were received, detailed 3D models for each of the new properties and surrounding environment were created. No drawings were available for the existing property; however, working from only a couple of photographs Model Ideas was able to generate a 3D model for this also.
The final renders were then produced, providing the client with the necessary visual material to sell all the properties off plan.
