Having taken the time to create an impressive new design for a property, I.H Designs now needed some just as impressive renders producing to present back to the client. They came to the right place. Working from the 2D plans and project brief provided by the architect, Model Ideas set about creating a highly detailed model of the property as well as the surrounding space.
Working closely with the client, different materials and textures were applied to the building, test renders produced and the model constantly updated until the exact look and feel for the property was achieved. Once this was correct the surrounding garden area and drive way was completed, and final renders produced.
