Sound Poster 4.0

海报
Continuing the investigation into new interactivity within the traditional poster, Sound Poster 4.0 mimics the theremin.

The theremin is an electronic musical instrument developed in the 1920s which is played without physical contact by the performer. In a similar way, Sound Poster 4.0, requires the individual, for the first time, not to touch the poster but to hover their hands above to control the sound that is produced.

A conductive layer beneath the poster print is capable of sensing the distance of the user, consequently allowing a variety of sounds to be made.
