Locafox is a location-based shopping app that lets users find and reserve products in stores around them. It also serves as a price comparison tool for products from both online and offline stores, providing users with complete transparency in regards to product prices in the market.
I did both product management and UX for the apps, and was later promoted to Head of Mobile & UX of the company.

The app should serve users' buy-intent purposes to help them find their desired products as quickly as possible while on the go. The flow should be as simple and short as possible, as the main goals of users are finding and reserving the best offer around them.
1. The start screen allows user to search, browse categories, or scan barcodes to find their desired product. It also includes curated sections that display seasonally or contextually relevant content.
2. The sought-after product offers are shown on a map view by default, to help users find what's around them right now.
3. Product offers can also be seen in a list view. This list shows all the available offline offers.
4. This list shows all the available online offers, providing complete transparency for the user.
5. The product description includes images, the price range, and ratings and reviews. The user can also select among different product variants when applicable.
6. Reservation is super simple, unbinding, and free.
