MEDIMPACT HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS (2008-2013)
Hundreds of customer service representatives use MedAccess daily to service members. Originally built as and expansive legacy “terminal-based” application, an initiative to redesign the tool for the web began in 2008.
A basic and simple interface was a requirement. Speed is critical for call center employees, so page weight was kept to a bare minimum. The application is offered to multiple clients with custom branding options.
