In 2015 I led efforts to create the HD Supply User Council - a purpose-designed group created to get valuable user feedback on in-progress projects and initiatives.

 

A web based survey was distributed to 116 Customer Council members who purchase $53,000–$83,000 in supplies from

hdsupplysolutions.com annually and 10,099 e-business customers who conduct 90-100% of their HD Supply purchases

through hdsupplysolutions.com. Respondents were offered gift cards if selected to be part of the User

Council. 

 

Ultimately 278 users were selected and leveraged in multiple online studies.
