ORIGINAL CONCEPT FOR THE GAME
The game was originally a desktop simulator with popups that would impede the player's progress if their online activity broke security guidelines. The team wanted a futuristic desktop, with a profile and two advisors on online safety.

FINAL GAME ART
Due to time and budgetary restraints, the team decided to change the game to a platformer. We created the background, tiles and character art.
Main character with some animations.
Each robot companion unlocks a new power and a level based on using that power.
Enemies were based on worms and viruses.
Basic level with various tiles, pickups and harards.
The levels were selected through a hub world. Apart from a screen for info on each level, the hub world has ports for each robot companion. Once plugged into the right port, the appropriate level would be unlocked for play.
Some of the learning objectives were tested through suspicious pop-ups.
