Conflicting Values mural illustrates the contradictions using a collage of visual languages of an epoch of the renaissance and a modernism, esthetic values of a classical antiquity and the power of gesture in action painting. David’s head and a Corinthian column are splashed with the carelessly imposed spontaneous dabs of paint. The mural aimed to reduce the excessive neatness of the interior in general by involving bright colors, visual and meaningful conflict.
