Air BP's largest annual trade show is NBAA, a general and business aviation trade show in the United States. In 2011, the show was held in Las Vegas, so we utilized a casino theme. I was asked to create a game card, stamps, and a direct-mail postcard reminding attendees to visit Air BP and its FBOs (Air BP-branded affiliates) at the show.

Not only was I responsible for the design of these elements, I was also the project manager. I worked directly with the vendors to receive quotes, submit artwork, and purchase the final pieces.
The game card was designed for durability and ease of use while carrying trade show paraphernalia. Inside the double-folded game card was both a map of the Air BP booth and a map of the United States showing where each FBO is located. Terms and conditions are located on the back.

Attendees to the trade show were given a game card at the Air BP booth. They then visited three Air BP FBOs and filled out information about themselves (regarding contact information, job type, and current, if any, connection to Air BP programs). Once appropriately stamped, the attendees returned the completed game card for a chance to play the Air BP slot machines.

 I created casino chip-styled stamps for Air BP as well as for each FBO (denoted by their IATA code) to be stamped on the game cards.

These stamps were 1.5 inch round, custom-made, self-inking stamps purchased through I chose one of the available colors based on the FBOs' identity colors.
This postcard was sent out to prospective attendees reminding them to visit Air BP at the trade show. I designed the front to look like a slot machine, using the Air BP logo, the Air BP Sterling card, and the Bravo rewards card as the wheel elements.

I created 15 different versions of this postcard, one for each of the Air BP FBOs as well as for Air BP itself. The FBO's logo replaced the Air BP logos on the front and contact information on the back.
