This 2,324 square foot home seeks to use a blend of technics that allow it to fit within the context of an upper class suburban neighborhood while improving the living conditions of its residents. The project aims to improve occupant health by increasing access to daylight in ways that promote connecting the residents to their outdoor spaces. Attention is then paid to materials and systems for thermal efficiency to enhance comfort while increasing the opportunity for natural ventilation and passive solar gain.
