The storefront enclosure sits in between the columns on the first floor and the lower level. the second floor is bounded by a concrete wall with kalwal panel above, Meanwhile the roof is made of kalwall panels setting on cables for a light translucent effect.

1st floor plan - holds cafe with stage for small performances and lectures, outdoor seating connects the cafe with Paine's park, filling the need for a public facilty to further animate the skatepark. Administration offices and public restrooms are also located on this floor.
Intermediate Level - Location where pathway passes through building. Member parking sits along the pathway while locker rooms with showers are enclosed behind them.
Lower Level -  Holds retail, rental and repair facilities
