隨著科技的快速進步與網路世代的來臨，我們不斷的吸收各種不必要的資訊。大量的資訊讓我們變得既懶惰又焦慮，我們可以隨時取得、創造，但卻無法有效管理這些資訊而導致現代人普遍面臨資訊超載的難題，進一步還可能引發沮喪、挫折、判斷力減弱等症狀，期望透過此系列海報，提醒「過濾資訊」的重要性。
接收：盲目的接收、盲目的傳播。
感染：認知被侵蝕後判斷力下降。
毀滅：單薄、空洞、行屍走肉。

With the rapid improvement of technology and the coming of internet era, we are constantly consuming different and sometimes unnecessary information. Such a large amount of easily accessible information has made us not only lazier but also more frustrated due to not being able to manage this information effectively.
People nowadays face the problem of “Information Overload,” and these problems may lead to depression, frustration, and lapse in judgment. We created a poster series depicting information overload and hope these posters can remind people of the importance of information filtering.
Reception – We receive information without any questioning or second thoughts.
Infection - We tend to make poor judgments as our recognition decreases.
Ruin - We are faced with destruction, hollowness, and loss of energy because of lack of judgment and appreciation.

「蝕代媒體」計畫探討現代資訊爆炸與科技進步所帶給人類的負面影響，承襲其強烈而特殊的視覺表現，宣傳海報最大的目標便是：留下震撼感。
我以團隊費時一個月製作的立體模型「Android」為主角，採用當時臺灣最大尺寸的光柵片印刷技術作「資訊侵蝕」Before & After的對比圖像，使之在每個角度都能看到不同的面貌。在這同時我也設計了螢光色的資訊貼紙，方便因應「蝕代媒體」計畫於不同場合的展覽。

The “Age of Information Erosion” project describes the overload of too much information and technological progress resulting in a negative impact to humans. It incorporates a strong and unique visual appearance, with the goal of the poster to leave viewers with a memorable sense of shock.
For “Android,” our team made a three-dimensional model which took a month. We used the largest size grating printing job in Taiwan to help create a “before” and “after” image contrast. As a result, from every angle, viewers can see a different image. At the same time I also designed and created fluorescent color stickers filled with information on The Age of Information Erosion” project, for distribution during exhibitions.

我試著想像現今「低頭族」的人們視力逐漸退化、模糊後螢幕上的字體對他們而言將是什麼模樣。在我將字體模糊以後出現了有些黏稠、像是連接點般的視覺效果，將之結合代表資訊科技的液晶符號、並透過逐字的排列組合構造出這般具侵蝕感的作品。
也正因為符號間的連接點效果恰巧與印刷用字「古印體」形成不規則與規則、古代與現代的有趣對比，故命名為「液晶古印」。

I tried to imagine that in modern times, people’s overuse of mobile phones leading to gradual degradation of their vision. Fonts on their screen will appear fuzzy. I created a font that appears blurred and “sticky,” similar to how fuzzy images appear to merge together. Using a combination of liquid crystal display symbols representing information technology, permutations and combinations of these symbols created an effect of erosion.
The resulting font has an appearance similar to ancient typography. Therefore the font was named “Liquid Crystal (LC) Ancient Font” because of the connection between the effects of erosion effects and the modern high technology typographic symbols, making an interesting contrast between modern and ancient fonts.
