Free PS-Brush #19: REAL BRUSH

HEY THERE!

I`ve put myself onto the challenge to create one tool preset for Photoshop every week. If you have any suggestions or challenges drop 'em in the comments. In the meantime enjoy the ones created so far.

Cheers, Eilert

This weeks brush is the REAL BRUSH – paint like a monster.
This weeks brush is a special one: It's the Sketchpainter brush. Be advised it works best with tablets that know pen tilt.
This little helper will make your scribbles look awesome - CHALK!
Try drawing a straight line with this brush. Bet you can't. When the waves are rolling and the grog is strong - ZE DRUNKEN ZAILOR draws best.

This week's freebie is a nice hatching brush. The INK HATCHLING provides a nice rugged edge that builds up along your applied pressure.
This weeks brush is the SKN MXR. It's a soft mixer brush wich produces a smooth pore texture at low pressures but is also able to blend smoothly at higher pressures. It is ideal for adding soft gradations to objects.
Yea, no posts for a long time. There were other things to cope with. But now back to brushes - I've created some really cool Inkers and a liquifying brush slash smudge brush. Get this Duo to make awesome wet ink illustrations.
This weeks free brush: the BASIC WATERCOLOR brush.
This Weeks free brush is the 50PX SOFT CATSTONGUE ON CANVAS
Meet the STREAKY PAINT BRUSH.  It is a nice mixing brush with a rough-ish character.
This is SOFT PAINT for PS. It performs basic painting/shading tasks. Check it out here.
This one is another approach on texturing strokes. The PENCIL-WITH-A-PENCIL is not really exactly brush - its a versatile texture stamp. I've created a just tiny repeating pattern (lead on paper/scanning/post processing/create seamless) hence we use it as a stroke. The upside is that the outcome looks exactly like the desired texture with the applied brush dynamics. The downside is that -because you basically apply a texture- you are bound to the color of the texture. In this case it makes sense but I won't work with all media styles. Well, just try it out.
The 25 PX SMOOTH SUBPXL INKER provides some liquid corner smoothing as well as double pressure sensitivity due to some texture magic. A Wacom Art Pen is suggested using this Brush.
Get some dirty color blocking done – with the THICK_PAINT_BLOCKER!
I created this brush inspired by the COKE PEN or COLA PEN. Check it out today.
This one is the 20 PX  NYCE PENZIL. It works really well for drafting and sketching. Try working with a dark grey to get the real lead feeling. I usually work at 600 dpi so the brush seems a quite big for a pencil when working at 300 dpi. But it'll work out fine. You'll see.
This is also a brush which I am quite excited about: the 100 PX WET_2_DRY_MARKER brush.

I was wondering if this was possible – and yes, it is! I reversed the pressure input of these brushes to create a brush for one line drawings or one-liners or for a different approach on casual sketching wich will lead to more dynamic drawings. Check out the REVERSED_INK brushes (M & S).
LEAD 3 PX is a swell sketching and outlining brush for PS.
